Don't do it!  ;)

Follow Jeff's suggestion - try using Apache on your local dev machine.  Its
really not that difficult to use and its really not that difficult to move a
site from Apache to IIS.  Although, once you start using Apache you won't
want to go back to IIS....

2 second restarts...   No more broken meta-base.... simple config and no
grubby GUI mmmm....  ;oD
