I keep getting this error when trying to upgrade from 4.0.9 to 5.0

INVALID PROJECT DIRECTORY NAME
It seems that the farcryInit tag for this project is not valid
Your ProjectDirectoryName is currently set to delta and I think it
should be C:farcryprojectsdelta
You may have changed the name of your projects folder.
Please change the value of the projectDirectoryName or if you are not
passing this value, update the value of the name attribute.

I'm set up with a local CF development server with virtual mappings
like so:
<virtual-mapping>
<resource-path>/delta/farcry</resource-path>
<system-path>C:/farcry/core/admin</system-path>
</virtual-mapping>
<virtual-mapping>
<resource-path>/delta</resource-path>
<system-path>C:/farcry/projects/delta/www</system-path>
</virtual-mapping>
