This would unfortunately break a lot of my code. I use sub-directories to manage child files to each include (mostly for forms where I have multiple steps involved). Granted, this change only looks for files beginning with an underscore (some thing I only use for CF includes), and wouldn't require too much change for me. But I still only see this causing issues (for my coding styles - not necessarily everyone else).
