The Mollio templates are really just a sample project. It's not been our intention for folks to use this as the basis of their own site -- though many people do. Recently we upgraded the underlying CSS to use Blueprint for layout, but the design is the same. Adding a container to "wherever" is relatively straightforward. Simply update the relevant template to include a reference to the container tag library, and then add the container tag itself.
