Bulk file upload was not working. Part of the webtop ui cleanup for 5.0 was to remove anything that didn't work correctly. The old bulk file upload use to take a zip and unpack files into the site tree. As of 3.0 we no longer recommend loading files or images into the tree as content -- in fact we strongly discourage this. If anyone wants to put together a bulk uploader that leverage the image bulk uploader that would be great. Just create an issue and attach your code to it.
