A gigantic second on ScreenFlow - if you make more than one movie it is worth the money.
If we (Geoffs crew) are going to do anything with the video, any format that works on the Mac is fine (WMV for example is a bit difficult to work with). As for sending it, maybe you can put it on an FTP site somewhere and we can download it?
