For FarCry 5.0 and 5.0.1 the icons would be in (project/plugin)/www/ wsimages/icons. If you want the icons to appear for your use with the current version of the plugin, either move the icons to the parent folder of the plugin, or use an older version of the plugin (http://code.google.com/p/farcry-jcfarcryflvplayer/downloads/list?can=1&q=&colspec=Filename+Summary+Uploaded+Size+DownloadCount ). Personally, I'd suggest moving to 5.0.2 for many of it's bug fixes (or, even better yet the p500 branch in SVN). If you're really brave, then you can try the beta of FarCry Core 5.1. Just keep in mind that it's not labeled as stable (example: Mat has been working on some new features to help speed up the engine significantly (thanks Mat!), however it currently will fail if you're using JVM 1.4 (JVM 1.4 comes default with CF7 Standard). Me? I'm using the current 5.1 beta build in production on two sites and have had a lot of success with it (especially with the new Friendly URL technology (thanks again Mat!)).
