Hmm, I'm not sure what you mean, but generally all those folders, such as /webskin/dmHTML are either in /farcry/core/webskin/... or /farcry/projects/<projectname>/webskin/... or /farcry/plugins/<pluginname>/webskin/...
All of these would be files on the file system not editable through the webtop. Does that answer your question?
