Tutorials is supposed to contain more complete examples that have both
explanation and code examples.

Code By Example is a dumping ground for snippets of working code with
little or no explanatory text.  The thought being, its better to show
something functional that other folks might find useful than waiting
forever for a full blown tutorial.

Reference will only show docs that are really more specifications or
best practice cheat sheets than a tutorial like content.

We're also working on releasing our training materials as a section of
the WIKI.  In my dreams i see this expanding into something akin to a
"book on farcry".  We'll see.
