In this case, the pingFU is getting through. The logfile output from the ISAPI filter shows the request, it just never matches up the rule correctly. It looks like the condition to not rewrite for the various fixed directories always causes the rewrite rule to not fire, even if the condition should match. It looks like it may be a REGEX issue, but I've not figured out the syntax of how to form that REGEX string yet. Like I said, if I remove the condition, the rewrite works. But, I can never get to the webtop or CFIDE that way.
