Looks like I should clarify better in the docs.

Create a folder called "farcrycfimage" in your plugins folder and  
unzip the files there.

example:
PC: C:\farcry\plugins\farcrycfimage
Mac: /Users/jamesb/Sites/farcry/plugins/farcrycfimage
