I've had problems with javascript not being cached correctly on occasion. Basically combine.cfm caches the combined javascript in CF memory, so refreshing the page doesn't reload it. If you go to admin->developers tools and reload application, you can reload the javascript that way.
Try resetting that and seeing if you still get the JS error.
