Thanks Jeff,

The issue seems to be that you loose the option to redirect a Nav "if"
there is an object below it (dmhtml)

I only get the option to redirect when the nav node includes only
other navs below it.. but as soon as you drop a dmhtml in there, the
option goes away.

in 4.11 you could redirect any nav to another.

I found that useful in certain cases such as..

I have a nav called "Current Specials" below it is a dmhtml that uses
a child links rule to pull up the specials all contained in their own
navs..

This is fine when I have 2 or more active special "pages". but when
one "expires" and I set it to draft, I want to redirect the parent
"Current Specials" to "Nav2" but I dont necessarily want to delete the
dmhtml above it. I know there are a lot of other ways I could be
handling the "specials" such as creating custom types, but this is a
legacy hold over..

It appears the edit handler for dmNavigation might be looking to see
if there are any dmhtmls before offeirng up the "redirect" option.

I suppose this could be a "feature" but seems more like a bug to me.

Thoughts?
