There isn't really anything. But as well as deleting the tables, you might
also want to remove records in refObjects that refer to those types, i.e.
delete from refObjects where typename in ('list','of','deleted','types').Same thing with refCategories. If that doesn't have a typename column, just remove records that don't have a corresponding refObject record.
