It's exactly the "used to work" which concerns me, as at daemon most of you will be using windows / coldfusion / iis (correct me if i am wrong), that is the setup on which Farcry is build, so that is the setup which will work without any problem or any future version incompatibility.
Further (of course this could be me not knowing my way enough in alternative setups) when i try to set up and run with different engines and os, i always run into all kinds of problems and most often these are hard to find support for. So how's the amazon pre configured Farcry instances going? Any progress? And if that's a long term thing, is it an idea to maybe for a certain fee let an experienced user setup, for example, openbd/jetty - linux - Farcry on a server (remote control)? I am really eager to make such thing work as it enables me not having to save money for software and i could start right away. Thanks.
