Hi all

Im wondering if it is at all possible to either do something with
Farcrys built-in search function, or create some bespoke cfmx script
that can open a designated folder on the server, scan through all page
content of all html pages that reside within and return matches in a
compiled list for the user to click to access the page with the
match ? I know this can be done using .ASP quite easily, so im
wondering whether coldfusion can do this ? Its basically a word search
(via a simple html form) but without a database to hold the content.

Reason Im asking this is Ive been give a 400page user manual, which is
all in flat html, all very nicely done, and ive got to create the
facility to search through the manual, and the last thing I want to do
is to convert every page into database format.

Any help very much appreciated.
