i can testify that the inline documentation works. The thing to check is the
interaction between defining an associated type and the hint inside the xml.
If an associated type is supplied, then it will look for the documentation
to come from the CFC file, not the xml. If there is no associated type, then
whatever the 'hint' (or whatever the descriptive tag is called) will be
shown.

To debug, I would suggest creating a new administrative tab and populating
it with existing types using various options.The documentation I believe is
correct (I used it to set up my webtop) although as always might not be the
clearest.
