That makes sense, I figured that may be the reason. Although I'm
certain there will be a case where someone will need to urgently
unlock something and no one with the right permission may be around so
I don't think I can take away the permission for users to unlock. I've
warned everyone about doing this so it should help avoid it, but an
alert/confirmation would help.

Is it possible to have it check to see if the object has been updated
by someone else every time the wizard loads and maybe send a warning
then? With the option of clearing their wizard and starting over or
even trying to merge changes?
