Any config settings for Friendly URLs from with the webtop config area  
are deprecated and in fact ignored by FarCry (as of FarCry 5.1).  The  
config settings should have been removed by now (an oversight most  
likely).

I'm not sure about the 64-bit version of the ReWrite plugin software  
(if it requires any special steps), but make sure that you are  
applying your config settings to the main config (from with the  
ReWrite's manager software) and not under the config for the website.   
Unfortunately I've never been able to get it to work if I place the  
settings under the config for the specific website's config file (I'm  
sure it's possible.  If anyone figures out a way to make it work, let  
me know (or post it in the wiki)).
