I want to maintain some structure in how i do things with Farcry, I'm a bit in doubt on how to do this in the following situation.
I have an invoice type which customers can just view through the action menu view option, that is sufficient and logical for that situation. On the other hand i have a tickets type which allows customers to edit (certain fields) so they can reply through an answer field on that ticket. So on the one hand you can think like "view is just for view, edit is only applied when a customer can really change / edit (in the tickets type case add) something", so the above way is good to go. On the other hand i think it's not an consistent user experience. So my question is, how do you do it, or, what's the obvious way of doing this? Thanks... --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message cos you are subscribed to "farcry-dev" Google group.
