New resources can't be added automatically to the file, as it would take too much processing time. The internationalisation page<http://docs.farcrycms.org/display/FCDEV50/Internationalisation+%28i18n%29>on the wiki should cover most of what you need for updating and adding resource bundles. Or maybe it needs to be improved, let me know.
