The @ values help show resources that are associated with a single object.
e.g. a message box might have both a title and a message resource, buttons
can have a label and a confirmation alert message, webtop menu items have
labels and descriptions. For consistency, all core resources have @ values.
Your plugin resources can have any keys you'd like.
