Mike -- any bugs with code fixes I generally try and prioritise for
the next release or they are held off for a specific reason -- which
should be indicated in the ticket itself.

Best approach to submitting code without commit rights is to:
a) create a ticket in the bug database
b) promote the bug in this forum (a committer may pick it up and do it
straight away)
c) escalate to me directly via email/IM/IRC (i'll schedule the issue
for a formal release)

We love fixes -- even just creating tickets or voting or commenting is
all good. All contributions to the bug database are gratefully
received.

All the best,

PS. Things have been a bit slack lately on account of me being a new
dad ;)
