further to this, I have just discover that it is caught in an endless loop.
The inner frame that displays the site, when viewsing source, shows a completed page So it seems that the farcry try menu keeps calling the page. When not using the farcry tray menu the page is not throwing an error. It is not all pages - I will eliminate the code that is unique to those pages and see what happens.
