unfortunately any webskin that holds an uncached webskin will also be
uncached. So if you have:
displayPageStandard
--->displayPageHeader (cacheStatus: 1)
--->displayBody (cacheStatus: -1)
--->displayPageFooter (cacheStatus: 1)
Then displayPageStandard will not be cached, but the Header and Footer will
still be cached, thus saving *some* loading time.

Forms are therefore better to have on their own page (at least that's how I
do it) so that they don't slow things down for everything else.

However, I'm not sure how to AJAX something so it doesn't cache.... I'm
hoping for a response for this as well...
