In response to my last post ;) it looks like the reason that
pagination is displayed twice is that pagination.cfm no longer
contains this option. Adding a bTop and bBottom argument and then a
CFIF loop in the appropriate places resolves the issue.

Can this be added back into pagination.cfm?

I'd be happy to do it, but I'm not sure what the correct procedure is.
