Using the wizard should be relatively safe, not sure whether there will be CSS/JS issue or not though. Objectadmin probably won't work very well - most of the links / actions are specifically designed to work within the webtop and probably woudn't work outside it. If you just need to create a paginated table it would be easier to start with skin:pagination.
