Hello,
I am new to FarCry and have inherited a site that was started in it,
it's using v5, and I'm trying to find out where to place my CF code.
I've read the docs to a degree, but still a bit confused.
I have a list of employees that I pull from my database that I want to
display in my page. I don't have any issue with my query or
outputting my query onto a page but I just don't know where to place
it. I created an HTML page in the webtop with this information:
Content Item Type
HTML Page
Status
draft
Display Method
displayPageStandard
I see the objectid which I think I will need to make things work but
not sure where to go from here. Typically I've worked where I have an
MVC design and I would make calls from my controller/handler to a CFC
and then build the page and render it in some layout template. I've
used Fusebox, Coldbox and other frameworks, but not quite sure where
to put my code in FarCry
Any help appreciated...
