Hi Folks, This is just a thought I've been considering --- has anyone used FarCry as a "single user" CMS? That is, for small organizations or websites that only need one editor, what would be the best way to handle single users?
I can see two options: take out all references in the webtop to user / group / roles etc. and just use the default setup. This is the "simple method". But I wonder how much it would take to take out the multiple role checking stuff --- this would assuredly speed things up even more then they are already when cached...however this would require (I imagine) extensive changes throughout FC.. has anyone attempted this or done it? thanks, Tomek -- You received this message cos you are subscribed to "farcry-dev" Google group.
