Had not noticed that before, but yes the minimised webtray is 100%
width.div.

It should not be too difficult to add a fixed width to the collapsed
webtray div.

Whilst looking at this in firefox with firebug i could see that it may
be possible to hav a vertical webtray, as most screens are widescreen
it might prove a good alternative to use horizontal space instead of
vertical.
