didn't you mention in the other thread that you were using FC5.0? Try downloading one of the stable releases (5.2.7 or 5.1.11) or the beta for 6.0 either from here: http://www.jeffcoughlin.com/?pg=11, or the links included here: http://farcry.posterous.com/repository-changes-for-formality-60-release.
I do remember something changing between 5.0 and 5.1 in how dmInclude was presented.
