Do you envision having to develop different types or webskins for each division, or do you think that in general, the design would be the same? I'm asking because I know some people on this list (please respond!! :)) have certainly attempted or succeeded in doing something to the same effect via two different home pages, using roles, etc, but keeping it under the same code.
I don't think I'll be able to help you more though, since I'm running a single instance!
