You can always get a list of issues from the issue/bug tracker
http://bugs.farcrycms.org/.

If you're going to grab a copy, grab it from p600 (the current stable release
of 6.0). Trunk is now the development area for FC6.1. Personally I'd say
FarCry 6 is ready for production use (and Daemon says they're using it in
production use for many of their clients). People have been finding lots of
little things that need tweaking here and there, but Daemon is pretty quick to
resolve them.

The only thing holding me back from production use are some IE6 issues
(unfortunately most of my medical clients in the US still require IE6 due to
clinical apps that require it. That's right, if you live in the US and go to a
hospital, it's very likely your medical health is dependent on IE6... that's
reassuring :) ). I've been working through IE6 bugs as I find them in core and
so far I'm only down to a few little ones and one show stopper (it's the show
stopper that's really holding me back at this moment). Thankfully jQuery and
jQuery UI seem to work VERY well with IE6. It's nice to know that FarCry 6
will be able to say that it officially supports IE6 - IE8 (can never hurt to
say the product supports a long list of browsers). Granted, most developers I
know don't use IE, but our client's unfortunately do =\.
