Doug, The most important thing is to make sure you update the application scope (?updateapp=mysecretkey) and then check the COAPI for any possible updates (which I don't "believe" there are any between 5.1 and 5.2.x, but it couldn't hurt to check). If that doesn't seem to help, see if restarting CF does the trick.
After updating the app scope, the second thing you want to do is run the updater (it's a small update for 5.2 from 5.1 and shouldn't really cause any issues if you forget to run the updater. But do it anyway since we're talking about it :) ). You can find the updater by going to http://mydomain/webtop/updates and checking off the last checkbox for 5.2 (and running the update). As a side note, the updater has been removed in FC6 (I think Daemon is planning to do automatic updates in future versions, not sure).
