OK - I think we have resolved this.  It appears there is a variable
which has not been var'd in coapiUtilities.cfc

Adding iProp as a var at the top of the getRelatedContent method
appears to fix this.

Raised as FC core bug (appears to be still there is later versions
than the one we're running).
