I was going to post this as a question but ended up working out the
solution so I though I would share what I discovered instead!
Q: I'd like to tweak the editor_content.css that TinyMCE uses.
I know I can change the general configuration through webtop, I'm
just looking for a way to specify a custom stylesheet as well.
A: All you need to do is make a small change to the TinyMCE
Configuration (under Webtop -> Admin -> Edit Config -> TinyMCE
Configuration) and add the following line which points to the
additional CSS file that you want to include for the editor:
content_css : "/path/to/my/new.css"
