If you can have the farcry folder under the webroot and get rid of the Railo
mapping that will probably clear up much of your problems.

Normal setup:
/farcry
/farcry/plugins
/farcry/projects/yourproject
/farcry/projects/yourproject/www (webroot)
/farcry/projects/yourproject/www/index.cfm
/farcry/projects/yourproject/www/css
/farcry/projects/yourproject/www/js

Farcry in the webroot:
/ (webroot)
/index.cfm
/css
/js
/farcry
/farcry/plugins
/farcry/projects/yourproject
