There isn't one. Users can't be removed without breaking references in objects (created / updated by) and audit trail (deleted, updated, changed status, etc), so by default the UI only allows you to make an account inactive by editing it.
Accounts can be deleted by manually updating the database (remove the farUser, farUser_aGroups, and dmProfile records). If you really know what you're doing you can also add a "dmProfileDelete" permission to your application, which you can use to grant delete permission to a role.
