I have multiple versions of FarCry running on the same server and
single instance of CF. Running on Win7 and Vista using IIS 7 & 6.

Remove the CF FarCry mapping

Folder structure
I:\\Applications\Farcry5\farcry\core
I:\ Applications\Farcry5\farcry\projects\site1
I:\\Applications\Farcry6\farcry\core
I:\ Applications\Farcry6\farcry\projects\site2
I:\ Applications\Farcry6\farcry\projects\site3

Site1 (FC5)
IIS website mapped to I:\ Applications\Farcry5\farcry\projects
\site1\www\
Virtual Directory /farcry mapped to I:\\Applications\Farcry5\
Virtual Directory /webtop mapped to I:\\Applications\Farcry5\farcry
\core\webtop

Site2 (FC6)
IIS website mapped to I:\ Applications\Farcry6\farcry\projects
\site1\www\
Virtual Directory /farcry mapped to I:\\Applications\Farcry6\
Virtual Directory /webtop mapped to I:\\Applications\Farcry6\farcry
\core\webtop

This works and also allows to have different point releases of FarCry,
e.g. I have FC6 and FC6.1 running using the above method.
