The problem is your MySQL server is taking CaMeLcAsE for table names, and sometimes those names don't match the actual files names. If you're dead set on remaining with that host, you'll want to create a virtual machine image locally that matches the host's config and add in break points to the core code to see at which point it's breaking. If past memory serves, it's usually when it's looping through the farConfigs that this happened to me in the past. If this is shared hosting, you'd be better off looking elsewhere, or going with something like linode.com, kickassvps.com, amazon.com micro EC2 instances, etc and getting a cheap VPS where you'll have more control. I've got instances of newer versions of FarCry running on gearhost.com, and their shared hosting is pretty cheap. Hosting.com is also running an instance of FarCry successfully, but I'm not sure the cost of their shared hosting.
