I think i recreated the db using the FarCry install on the Linux
server and downloaded to my windows server. It only had some basic dev
content and most of teh content was being imported from a V4 site to
V6 so it was an easy decision to make to delete and recreate.

Not sure if a rename tables works as it is the MySQL table filenames
that are the actual problem.

Speak to your new host, see if they can change the setting to ignore
case sensitive table names.
