I know this has been discussed in the past but I am raising it again as its now a very high priority for me.
How are the rest of you dealing with the tracking and analytical reporting of dmFile downloads. I have be unsucessful in passing cfhttp calls, etc before the download.cfm tag.. is anyone tracking downloads? My marketing dept and product managers are demanding reports on pdf downloads and I can not 'easily' provide them. Help.
