Do you mean an email campaign manager? There are far better hosted solutions out there that I'd advise using before you go to an internally hosted one (with tons of reporting features and demographics). However, if you still want to use a cf-based one for FarCry, I remember Odd-Geir had mentioned that he's written one for his company called idlNewsletter. I'm not sure if he's willing to release it to the public or what it's feature-set is, but you can try asking him on this list.
