in the text editor you can select text ten click the link icon (chain) and in the dialogue box there is a drop down of all Nav nodes.
For pages, or other content types, you need to add a relationship. Go to the section below the html editor, Go to Associated Content, Click Select to add a existing object, Go to the relevant tab, eg HTML and select the page(s) you want. Then, back in the editor, click the cursor where you want the link. >From the toolbar, click the Farcry icon (little dude with a megaphone - I think it is) Select the object you want, select a template, and then click PREVIEW - this is what gets inserted.
