I do know that FarCry is calling out to the java objects to capture 
locale settings.  On reading your first message again, it sounds like 
your host is no longer allowing an <cfobject> calls out to java objects 
period.  After doing a search on .java in the core, there's calls out to 
a UUID java object.  I recall seeing commits/posts in here that the 
CREATEUUID function was replaced with a java equivalent due to increases 
in speed.   Or, maybe it's the combine.cfc object?  Beyond searching the 
code, I'd wait for Blair or Geoff to pipe up ;).
