Cheers for the feedback Sean. I'll look to do some more testing once I've got some of these other teething problems out the way.
I don't think we've got issues with particular types here. Again I'll test it but I think this problem is applying to all types they try to add. Anyway for now the Editors seem to be happy with the workaround we've given them of saving the page and going back in to add them.
