hmm... Normally when you upload an image for the first time, FarCry creates the folder if it doesn't exist. I'm wondering if this is the first image he is uploading and the ajax call that uploads and crops the image here doesn't check if the directory exists and creates it... Or maybe it does, but is not using mode 777. Or maybe this is just some other security issue (ie. the folder is trying to be created, but is failing silently). Thoughts?
