Just to be sure, did you use the Google Analytics plugin mentioned by 
Geoff, or did you manually put the code in the header?
I would check if you see the Google Analytics plugin in the webtop 
somewhere, if you can't find the code in the files then it should be in the 
database (if the google analytics plugin works with the database, i don't 
know for sure).
Are you checking for the code in your browser locally on your comp and then 
search locally on our comp through the files?
