When you create an underlying draft it has its own unique objectid and
a property of versionid that points to the parent approved content
item. Your container will have the prefix of the newly created draft
item and hence be unique. When you change the status of the
underlying draft to approved, the process should archive the approved
item, and switch all the draft item containers across to the approved
content items objectid. If this is not happening then you probably
have a bug -- you might want to double check that its a behaviour you
can easily reproduce.
