Have had a closer look at the modal issue. Looks a lot like a iOS webview 
bug -- finger scrolls the underlying parent not the modal iframe, unless 
you focus on a field in the modal iframe.  We'll put it in the backlog and 
see if we can't find some genius way to get around it.
